Why Nam Hom?
Nam Hom means “fragrant water.”
It’s a Thai coconut variety known for its natural sweetness and light, pandan-like aroma. Our coconuts grow in Damnoen Saduak, Ratchaburi.
We use only Nam Hom coconuts. We never blend in coconut water from other varieties.

03 / HIGH PRESSURE PROCESSING
Cold pressure.
Not heat.
Heat pasteurization preserves coconut water, but it can also change its delicate taste.
We use High Pressure Processing (HPP) instead. Sealed bottles are held under 6,000 bar of pressure in water, helping preserve the coconut water’s fresh taste without heat pasteurization.
HPP works together with cold storage. Keep Cocofox refrigerated.
